Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Times
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages
