How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours and delivered within 8–18 business days with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we primarily serve UK customers. If you're outside the UK, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your location.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Do I need to return the item to get a refund?
Contact us first and we'll guide you through the process. In most cases, we make it as easy as possible and don't require you to ship items back at your own cost.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

What sizes are available?
Sizes range from XS to 2XL depending on the product. Full size details are listed on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How does the FlexFlow built-in bra work?
The FlexFlow Tank has an integrated wireless bra with removable padding cups sewn directly into the fabric. Just put the tank on — no separate sports bra needed. The cups are removable if you prefer a lighter feel.
Is the FlexFlow suitable for high-impact workouts?
The FlexFlow is designed for low to medium impact activities — yoga, pilates, gym sessions, running errands, and everyday wear. For high-impact running or HIIT, we'd recommend pairing with an additional sports bra.
How should I wash my activewear and clothing?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softeners on activewear as they reduce stretch recovery over time.

Will the NovaSculpt Bodysuit roll up or dig in?
Never. The NovaSculpt uses anti-roll silicone grip bands at the waist and thigh that keep it perfectly in place from morning to night. The wide waistband distributes compression evenly — no digging, no marks.
Can I wear the bodysuit all day?
Yes. The breathable compression fabric is designed for 12+ hours of comfortable wear. Many customers wear it daily to work, events, and social occasions.
What size should I order for the bodysuit?
Order your normal size for firm compression, or size up for a more comfortable everyday fit. When in doubt, size up — you can always adjust but you can't size down once it arrives.
Is the bodysuit visible under tight clothing?
No. The seamless ultra-thin design makes it completely invisible under even the tightest dresses and trousers.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order will have already been processed for dispatch. Contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help.
