How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £19.99.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our email list to be notified when your country is available.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Do I need to return the item to get a refund?
Contact us first and we'll guide you through the process. In most cases, we make it as easy as possible and don't require you to ship items back at your own cost.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Shade & Application
How do I know which shade to pick?
NOVAFIT starts white and shifts to your exact undertone as it warms against skin. Pick the closest of the three shades — Ivory White, Natural, or Dark Skin — and the Adaptive Pigment Complex does the fine-tuning as you wear it.
How do I apply it?
Twist the stick up, swipe onto cheeks, forehead, nose and chin, then blend with the built-in sponge tip on the dual-ended brush for an airbrushed finish. It needs a moment against skin before the shade settles — don't judge it straight off the stick.
Is it suitable for oily or sensitive skin?
Yes. The CERA ALBA formula helps control excess shine and calms redness, and the formula is non-comedogenic and dermatologist-tested so it won't clog pores or cause breakouts.
Can I wear it over moisturiser or SPF?
Absolutely. Apply it as the final step after your skincare routine — it layers beautifully over moisturiser and SPF without pilling.
How do I clean the built-in brush?
Wipe the sponge tip with a clean damp cloth or use a brush cleaner spray. It detaches from the stick for deeper cleaning.

What's the difference between the 1 Pack and 3 Pack?
The 3 Pack (Buy 2 Get 1 Free) is the same stick in the same shade, just three of them at once — ideal for keeping one at home, one in your bag, and one as backup.
How long does one stick last?
Each stick is 13g / 0.46oz. With daily use for full-face coverage, most customers get 6–8 weeks per stick, though this varies by how much product you apply.
Will it cake or crease throughout the day?
No. NOVAFIT is formulated to hold up to 50 hours of wear without caking or creasing, so it stays put through a full day without needing a midday touch-up.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order will have already been processed for dispatch. Contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
